  • GET SCREENED AT LEAST BY AGE 40 DEPENDING ON YOUR RISK FACTORS

  • PLACE IMPLANTS BEHIND THE BREAST TISSUE

  • REDUCE OR ELIMINATE ADDED SUGAR

  • ELIMINATE PROCESSED MEATS (WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION CLASSIFIES AS A GROUP 1 CARCINOGEN) HAM, BACON, SMOKED MEAT, HOTDOGS, SAUSAGE, CANNED MEAT, CORN BEEF, DELI MEATS, DIET SODA, PROCESSED FOODS, PRETZELS.

  • ELIMINATE OR REDUCE GRILLING RED MEATS OR COOKING MEAT ON HIGH TEMPERATURES.
