WHAT IS ODORLESS, TASTELESS, COLORLESS AND HAS THREE FORMS?
I USUALLY DRINK ANYWHERE FROM 3-4 LITERS OF WATER DAILY. SOMETIMES IT GETS HARD TO DRINK BECAUSE ITS SO BORING OR MONOTONOUS. I HAVE TRIED CARBONATING AND FLAVORING MY WATER USING SODA STREAM BUT THAT OFTEN LEFT ME BLOATED FROM THE CARBONATION. SO, I'M BACK TO DRINKING "PLAIN JANE" WATER.
IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR MEN TO DRINK ABOUT 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids per day.
AND WOMEN TO DRINK ABOUT 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids per day.
WHAT CAN WE DO TO WATER TO MAKE IT EASIER TO DRINK?
Flavoring water without the carbonation can be a delightful way to enhance hydration. Plain water is essential for staying hydrated, adding flavors can make it more interesting and encourage drinking more. Health Benefits: Some flavored water combinations offer additional health benefits. Reduced Sugar Intake: cutting down on sugary beverages. Flavored water is a healthier alternative to sodas or store-bought fruit juices. Using natural ingredients and avoiding artificial sweeteners or excessive sugar you can create flavored water by infusing fruits, herbs, or even edible flowers into a pitcher.
An infuser water bottle is a clever way to enhance the taste of your water by infusing it with natural flavors.
Infuser Mechanism: These bottles typically come with a built-in infuser, which is a removable screen or compartment. The infuser prevents fruit, herbs, or other flavoring ingredients from mixing directly with the water. It allows you to add fresh ingredients without them floating around in your drink. Remove ingredients within 24 hours.
Flavorful Hydration: You can customize your water by adding slices of fruits (like lemon, berries, or cucumber), herbs (such as mint or basil), or even spices (like ginger). The water absorbs the flavors from these ingredients, making it more enjoyable and encouraging you to stay hydrated throughout the day. fruit infused water should be consumed within 4 hours if left at room temperature but can stay fresh for up to 3 days if refrigerated. If your water is at room temperature, 1–2 hours is enough time for the fruit to impart a good amount of flavor into your water. If you’re refrigerating your water, you may find that it takes longer. 3–4 hours should be enough to have nicely infused water.
